    Clinical Pilates is a group class but completely tailored to your individual needs. It incorporates the use of all of the Pilates equipment - Trapeze Table, Reformer, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, Core Align, Spine corrector and various small apparatus. You will need an initial consultation to participate in our clinical classes.
